Some coaches always complain of being young and inexperienced...some teams actually ARE. Other teams have a wealth of returning talent. Although the measure of talent is not necessarily in whether one starts or not - it is a good indicator of how much experience one might have. Below are some of the teams that have the most as well as the teams with the least returning players/starters or upperclassmen.
