It would prove to be one of many as the Tigers cruised to a 62 - 28 homecoming win over East Lawrence. Will Minor rushed 8 times for 127 yards and 4 TD's ...in the FIRST HALF alone! Just when East looked to make a little noise and score two quick TD's in the 3rd Quarter cutting the lead to 48-20 Ricardo Carter intercepted a pass and raced 68 yards for the Touchdown and a 54-20 lead. Each team scored once more for the final margin. Next week Deshler will host West Limestone for first place in the Region. |
